Susan Condrick has developed a wonderful reputation in her 21+ years in the real estate industry. Prior to her career in real estate, Susan spent over 9 years in marketing and business development roles at Lotus/IBM working with Lotus Notes Business Partners and later as an account manager for lotus.com. She also worked in a number of marketing roles for start-up companies.

A native of Massachusetts, Susan grew up in Duxbury and still has a beach sticker. For more than 25 years Susan has lived in Cambridge, Watertown and Belmont where she currently resides with her two daughters. She is Co-Chair of the Belmont Activities Committee, and an active volunteer and supporter of the Wellington Elementary School, Chenery Middle School, and the Foundation for Belmont Education.

Laura Segal, Sales Agent

A licensed architect, Laura blends her knowledge of the structure and style of houses, with her practiced eye, advising on the best use of interior and exterior spaces. Her skills serve Sellers with property preparation and staging, as well as Buyers, for whom Laura highlights design potential and delivers quick property assessments, critical in this fast-paced market. And for those who are new to the area, Laura acts as a guide to New England vernacular architecture.

A graduate of Skidmore College and Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, Laura has practiced architecture in the Northeast and Midwest. Also an accomplished artist, Laura’s paintings are included in private and corporate collections throughout the United States. Beyond her aesthetic strengths and rigorous work ethic, clients are drawn to Laura’s warmth, authenticity and perceptive nature, as she helps navigate the buying/selling process.

Laura resides in the diverse and vibrant community of Watertown, where she is an active member of the arts community. In true New England form, Laura and her husband can often be found cheering on their kids at the ice rink or soccer field, or walking their dog along the Charles River.

Wendy Buglio, Project/Marketing Manager

Wendy Buglio, Certified Professional Organizer, brings her project management and organizing expertise to work helping the team and our clients achieve their relocation goals.  She is the CEO of Living Peace Professional Organizing, based in Arlington, MA.

Wendy is dedicated to discovering what’s most important and then developing strategies to get everything else out of the way. With her non-judgmental approach and calming energy (combined with a healthy dose of reality and a sense of humor), she works with clients to make decisions and take action to create desired change. She applies this approach to physical objects in residential and office environments, but also to intangible “clutter” – such as tasks, obligations and goals – helping to maximize her clients’ productivity and organization.

Wendy lives in Arlington with her husband Mike, a bookstore owner, and their 13-year-old Minecraft enthusiast.
